Cancellation Policy
At Soho Hair we understand that circumstances can change and we will always be compassionate to this. We will send you a confirmation message 2 days before your appointment, where we ask our clients to respond either via text, phone, email or one of our social media platforms. If we do not get a response we will make an attempt to contact you. Due to the nature of our business we rely on our appointments and require 24 hours notice of all cancellation or changes to your appointment to give us the opportunity to allow another client to have your appointment. A 20% cancellation fee maybe applied before you can book any further appointments when our cancellation policy has not be adhered to.
Long Appointment Policy
Some of our services do require a longer appointment time. This means our team members are booked out for more than 3 hours. These services include but are not limited to Kerasilk, creative colours, colour changes and bridal parties. To secure these bookings we will require a 10% deposit which will be credited to your appointment with us. If canceled prior to our 24 hour cancellation policy, it will be credited to your client file to be used on your next appointment with us.
Redo Policy
Any services that need an adjustment must be brought to our attention via email or phone within 7 days of the service. Any redo’s must be completed within 14 days of the service.
